Lee Trink is an entrepreneur in the entertainment and media industries focused on the convergence of creators, gaming, technology and the disruption of traditional entertainment models. As co-founder of FaZe Clan, the largest, most widely known esports and gaming organization in the world, Trink developed a youth culture brand that extends beyond gaming to mainstream entertainment and monumental fandom.
Trink was formerly President of Capitol Records and the Capitol Music Group consisting of Blue Note, Astralwerks, Priority and Virgin Records. The span of his career includes working with global superstars Katy Perry, Coldplay, The Rolling Stones, Lenny Kravitz, Kid Rock, 30 seconds to Mars and The Backstreet Boys amongst many others. His other entertainment credits include producing the Denzel Washington/Tony Scott film, Unstoppable and the Sean Penn/Kid Rock short film, Americans. Over the course of his career Trink developed and executed entertainment strategies for iconic brands such as General Motors, Harley-Davidson and Jim Beam.
Trink started his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, NY. Trink has been an industry pioneer with a track record of leading change and evolution across several categories within the entertainment landscape.
