Thomas Fiss, SVP of Strategic Partnerships at OneOf, a global technology leader providing enterprise-grade web3 software for the world’s smartest brands including Warner Music Group, Uber, Brave, and more. Fiss joined OneOf in 2021, with nearly 15 years of experience in brand, music, and technology industries.
Prior to OneOf, Fiss developed the strategic marketing department at AWAL, leading its creation and expansion into global territories with a focus on partnerships, digital innovation, and commerce. During his tenure, the label services company was acquired by Sony Music Entertainment from Kobalt Music.
Fiss began his career in the professional music industry receiving global recognition as a recording artist signed to Capitol Records. Soon after, Fiss held a senior post at a privately-owned marketing agency where he was responsible for the success of clients like The Raiders (NFL) and Life Is Beautiful Music Festival - the latter of which eventually hired him directly to lead partnership marketing for the organization. Fiss embraces entrepreneurship, having previously co-founded an early-stage tech startup and sharing his expertise in multiple advisory positions.
